Who’s eligible?

You’re eligible for a full refund if:

  • You have a single-trip policy and your trip's been affected by the coronavirus pandemic
  • Your departure date (shown on your Certificate of Insurance) is before 30 June 2020
  • You haven’t made a claim, and you won’t make one for this policy in the future.

If you haven’t commenced your travel, haven’t already made a claim and don’t intend to make a claim, you can cancel your travel insurance by completing this form.

By completing this cancellation request, you acknowledge that you are acting on behalf of all other policyholders.

We will provide a full refund of your premium within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the credit or debit card used to make original payment.
