Making things easier by reducing referrals

We want to make doing business with us easier, which is why over the coming months we will be making a number of system enhancements designed to reduce referrals .

We recently made changes to extend our automatic referral request functionality to our personal lines and rural lines products, and we have also removed a number of our existing referral triggers across commercial, rural and personal products.

In the coming months we’ll be introducing some more targeted questions about risks to help even further reduce the need for unnecessary referrals.
