A new national property repair network is coming

We’ve been reviewing our property repair requirements, including conducting an extensive Request for Proposal (RFP) process nationally to ensure we have the best property repairers and builders to support you and our customers.

The new network  will be live from July and will deliver a number of benefits to help see it through for our customers, including:

  • A network with Australia-wide coverage, providing 24/7 assistance for our customers no matter where they are.
  • Enhanced scale for major events and the associated ‘claim surge.’ This includes priority access for IAG and its customers.
  • Market-leading service and repair quality.
  • Capability to meet the needs of our diverse portfolio requirements for  domestic, farm, commercial, strata and builders warranty
  • A seamless ‘end to end’ customer experience from 24/7 emergency response, buildings restoration, damage scope/report and property repair

All backed by our industry-leading Repair Quality Program which ensures safe and high quality repairs for our customers.
