Proposal to transfer CGU insurance licence
October 28, 2016
One of the first activities of the partnership was for CGU to get to know the Tahs better, so we sat down with one of the club’s best, Adam Ashley-Cooper.
Ashley-Cooper is a seasoned professional having started his career with the Canberra Brumbies, while also representing Australia in the Wallabies. In 2011 he signed with the Waratahs and has been a key part of their on-field and off-field success. This season will be Ashley-Cooper’s last in Australia before he moves to play for the Bordeaux Beagles in France for 2016.
In this interview the 30-year-old Ashley-Cooper shares, “This is my last year and it’s my last opportunity to contribute to the Waratahs and contribute to Australian Rugby Union, and I’d hate to go out knowing that I didn’t give it everything. So this year is probably more important to me than any other year.”
