We chose the best repairers as part of a comprehensive Request for Proposal (RFP) process on the basis of their ability to provide repairs to homes, strata buildings, commercial properties and farms, and their capacity to support all IAG’s brands, 365 days, 24 hours a day, everywhere in Australia – with no black spots.

Our repairers have all committed to meeting/exceeding the industry-leading standards we’ve captured in our Supplier Quality Framework. As their business partner, we’re there to support them in consistently meeting these standards. We do this by providing a national training program. Our Building Relationship Specialists provide ongoing customer feedback and coaching. Plus, we audit a minimum of 10% of all repairs and every job that’s completed by one of our preferred repairers is covered by our Repair Quality Program.
