In Victoria and Western Australia we offer a specialised fast repair service to customers known as Rapid Repair.
When customers use Rapid Repair they have a short 2-3 day turnaround for most small repairs, compared to 5-8 days with a conventional repairer.
This quick turn-around doesn’t come at the expense of quality. The faster repair time is achieved through a combination of new infra-red paint drying technology and more efficient set-up and processing at the repairer’s facility.
This Rapid Repair technology is especially beneficial for commercial motor and fleet customers, minimising downtime and subsequent impact to their business.
