Australian Apprenticeships – Employer Award Finalists Released
Finalists for the 2015 Australian Government Training Awards, including the Australian Apprenticeships - Employer Award have been announced.
For those of us who employ one or many apprentices in our businesses, the Australian Training Awards is the place to be recognised with winners being acknowledged, Australia-wide, as leaders in skills and staff development.
This year the three finalists for the Australian Apprenticeships - Employer Award are Zinfra Group - VIC, Clinipath Pathology - WA and Elders Rural Services - SA.
The judging process involves reviewing each application in relation to a number of clearly defined criteria including innovation in apprenticeship training delivery and performance outcomes and is judged by an independent panel first at state then at national level.
Winners receive $5,000 and the runner up in each individual category receives $2,500, with the winners being announced at The Australian Training Awards event in Hobart on Thursday, 19 November 2015.
While applications have now closed for the 2015 Awards, make your business an employer of choice and get involved in the Training Awards for 2016 – it’ll not only give you recognition for all your hard work, but will help your business attract new customers and retain great employees. Or, if you already have an amazing apprentice, why not nominate them for one of the individual awards.
Applications for the 2016 awards open December 1, 2015 – click here for a full list of Awards and how to enter.
