CGU assessors and claims people are on the ground in Rockhampton and Yeppoon helping customers.
Our mobile response claims team is currently set up in Rockhampton, ready to support customers in lodging claims and answering questions in person – if customers are without power or phones, they can still get help making a claim and organising temporary accommodation and emergency assistance.
Our mobile response team is currently set up at The Rock, 102 Bolsover St, Rockhampton.
CGU assessors are visiting damaged properties, assessing the damage, authorising make-safe repairs, and assigning tradespeople to begin the process of rebuilding.
We know this is a difficult time for customers whose homes, vehicles and businesses have been damaged by TC Marcia, and we are dedicated to helping them recover as quickly as possible.
