Additional superannuation

Parental leave
 
We offer one of the most generous parental leave program in the Australian financial services industry – offering employees 20 weeks parental leave at full pay, and secondary carers three weeks paid leave. 
 
Mid service leave
 
Mid service leave provides additional leave for employees with 7, 8 and 9 years of continuous service until they can access their Long Service leave entitlement.
 
Community and volunteer leave
 
We support employees who choose to volunteer their time to participate in activities with a charitable purpose.  Volunteer leave may be used to participate in company sponsored events or in a charity or community activity that holds personal significance.
