Claims portal - coming to you on Monday 30 November

On Monday you’ll be able to log into CGU’s refreshed Adviser Portal, where you’ll have single sign-on access to CGU’s Claims Portal by clicking on the Claims Portal tile from the home screen.
CGU’s Claims Portal now incorporates the ability to lodge claims – putting claims management into your hands, with the click of a button.
We are pleased to be able to offer you the ability to lodge and manage claims online, making it easier for you to continue providing outstanding service to your clients.

CGU Claims Portal - How to lodge a claim

We’ll send out a note on Monday with information about the new Portals.
Please note: the Adviser Portal and Claims Portal have been designed to work with modern web browsers – older browsers, in particular Internet Explorer 7, are not compatible with the portals, and you will not be able to log in using Internet Explorer 7. 
If you do not currently have access to the Adviser Portal, you will not be able to access the Claims Portal.  If you aren’t sure what your Adviser Portal username or password are, please contact the CGU Helpdesk.
