CGU's Channel Experience Survey

CGU’s bi-annual customer experience survey is taking place again in mid-November.

We are committed to listening to the voice of our customers & partners, and again we will be launching our online survey to gather our Partners perceptions, satisfaction & service experience.

CGU use the insights & results to better understand what is important to our Partners, and the develop a continuous improvement program to improve our ability to becoming easier to business with.

More than 3,000 partners will be invited to participate in this edition of our customer experience survey, and we look forward to hearing your feedback.

Results and outcomes will be shared with you by your Business Development Manager in January 2015.
