Further improvements to CGU’s Claims Portal

Following the much anticipated launch of CGU’s Claims Portal late last year, we welcome and appreciate your feedback in relation to how we can deliver the best possible claims capability. This enables us to ensure the right enhancements are implemented to improve usability and the overall broker experience.
In response to your feedback, we’re happy to announce that the Portal will now offer a document upload feature which will no doubt make your life easier. Full details of the new feature will be provided ahead of the go-live date in the coming weeks, however we’re confident that this new addition will further build our claims offering and capability.
The CGU Claims Portal provides you with online access to all of your clients’ claims information.
