One of the mechanisms which assists us in better understanding your experiences with CGU is our biannual Partner Experience study. The most recent wave of this survey will be released 6 May and should take less than 10 minutes to complete.
Over a 12 month period we would like to give every partner who engages with us the opportunity to provide feedback on your experience with CGU. To make this easier to facilitate, we survey in two waves so if you haven’t received an invite to participate in the survey at the moment, you will get the opportunity in the next round.
Our aim is to continually strive to provide a market leading experience for our partners and your feedback is critical to helping us achieve this. We know how busy you are, but would appreciate it if you could take a few minutes out of your day to assist us in understanding how best we can help you.
