CGU’s Broker Relationships Division has officially launched BrokerPoint, a new service model connecting a select group of national broker partners to the right people, insurance products and systems across CGU.
What’s the point?!
No matter their location, brokers aligned to the BrokerPoint team will experience more efficient and reliable service experience through a workflow management system that accommodates all time zones and geographies. BrokerPoint will be the vital connection point that links select brokers to CGU’s underwriting, claims and operations teams, to manage escalations and claims queries, support business development and resolve service-related issues.
Game-changer? On point!
It’s taken some re-imagination and a whole lot of collaboration to bring this vision to life – one that meets the changing needs of businesses to be more flexible and better utilise technology to increase efficiencies.
