CGU Workers Compensation has today launched an enhanced Online Initial Notification of Injury system (INI) for NSW employers, intermediaries and injured workers. The system is also set to be rolled-out across WA, ACT and NT on 11 April, with Tasmania to follow later this year.
NSW users will benefit from an improved system which is more user-friendly and offers faster processing of claim information. For Risk States customers it represents an altogether new service – one which, together with the existing Victorian online notification system, strengthens CGU’s national workers compensation offering.
