Peter Harmer
Chief Executive Officer
Peter was appointed as CEO of CGU Insurance on 8 November 2010.
He began his career in the insurance industry at South British Insurance, which became part of the CGU group of companies in 1981. Since then, Peter's career has spanned underwriting, reinsurance broking and commercial insurance broking.
His most recent role was as CEO of Aon’s UK business. Prior to that, he was CEO of Aon’s Australian operations.
